BY ACCESSING AND USING THE MIXXLR WEB-BASED GAME (THE "WEB APPLICATION"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
1 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with all terms herein, miXXlr LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Web Application via a standard web browser for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2 Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Web Application's code, design, or content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Web Application.
- Use the Web Application for any commercial purpose or to operate a game service.
- Use any automated system (e.g., "bots," "scripts") to access or interact with the Web Application.
- Circumvent any technological measures designed to control access to the Web Application.
3 Ownership
The Web Application, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of miXXlr LLC and its licensors. This EULA grants you no right, title, or interest except the limited license stated above.
4 Disclaimer of Warranty
THE WEB APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIXXLR LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB APPLICATION.
6 Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Web Application.
7 Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
8 Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and miXXlr LLC concerning the Web Application.
